Anyone care begins with cleansing. In winter, this procedure should be especially gentle. Try to wash only with warm water, and go out only after 20-30 minutes after morning skin care, being wet, it quickly become weather-beaten.
If you have dry, sensitive or mature skin, it is better not to use soap, and use facial wash or mild cleanser.
Periodically (for oily and combination skin as often as possible, for other types of 1-2 times per month) make a steam bath for your face. To do this, warm water, adding dried herbs or blossoms (perfectly suited for this purpose, sage, chamomile and peppermint). Then lightly rasparte face over the pot with boiling water. A steam bath can be replaced by hot compresses to the face: Wet a towel with hot water or herbal decoction and hold on the skin. When the towel cools down again, drop it in hot water, wring out and apply to face.
After the bath dry the face with a paper towel and cook berry scrub for cleansing. Take a handful of frozen berries (raspberry, strawberry, black currant), mash well with a wooden spoon for about five minutes and a soft circular motion gently rub into the skin resulting mush.

Once a week, at weekends, pamper your skin with special hydrating mask: Connect 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 egg yolk, whisk to a foam and apply to face after 20 minutes rinse with warm decoction of chamomile or peppermint (1-2 tbsp . tablespoons herb to 1 cup boiling water, strain after 20 minutes).
If you are the owner of a dry, sensitive or mature skin, we suggest that before washing, for 10-15 minutes, applied to the skin softening blend of honey, egg yolks and sour cream (1 tbsp. Spoonful of honey and sour cream, 1 egg yolk). After washing, rinse your face with cold desirable infusion of herbs: chamomile, rose hips, sage, and mint. One tablespoon per cup of boiling water, to insist 20 minutes, then strain.
Several times a week can do a facial massage with heated vegetable oil (olive, sesame, sunflower). The procedure is carried out after washing and purifying steam bath or after. Rub butter into the skin for 5 minutes with gentle circular movements to remove excess oil with a napkin or tampon.
Once a week apply the following nourishing mask: Mix 1 teaspoon finely trimmed (nearly rubbed until the juice) fennel with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, add oat flour (you can grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder) to obtain a slurry. Very good add in the mask 1-2 drops of oil solution of vitamin A or E.
If you are the owner of oily or combination skin, to reduce the activity of the sebaceous glands, we recommend first wash with hot water and mild soap, then rinse immediately face with very cold water with the addition of citrus juice.
For example, add 1 liter of water 1.5-2 Art. tablespoons of lemon juice, or 1 glass of mineral water (without gas) – 1 tbsp. spoonful of grapefruit juice.
After a day imposes on individual packs with herbal extract: mix equal parts of chamomile, horsetail, linden blossom, mint and sage, a tablespoon of the mixture pour 1 cup boiling water, cover tightly, wrap and leave in a thermos for 30 minutes. Dampen a cloth with hot broth, put on your face and hold until cool. These herbs have excellent anti-inflammatory effect.
For oily skin sallow with enlarged pores recommend a mask of flesh tomato (hold for 10-20 minutes), cucumber mask with beaten egg whites (finely grate the cucumber), or strawberry mask: 3 large strawberries into mush mash with a fork and mix with 2 tbsp. spoonfuls of low fat cottage cheese, leave for 10 minutes, rinse with cool water and plenty of grease face cream in a series for your skin type. In strawberries high in sulfur and therefore a beneficial effect on inflamed skin and cottage cheese will provide it with moisture.
Strawberry mask fits well and owners of mixed skin.
If you have to hike, be sure to protect your skin from the cold and wind. An hour before the walk wash with warm boiled water, and immediately on damp skin, apply a thin layer of protective cream: for dry, sensitive and mature skin – mix 1 teaspoon of nutrient fat cream and 1 teaspoon of olive oil, whisk well, oily and combination skin, mix 1 tbsp. of olive oil and zinc cream, pound until smooth. Allow it to absorb and 20 minutes pat the face with a napkin. Then, before going out or apply powdered face foundation. Sunscreen – a great barrier from wind and low temperatures. After a walk wash with warm water and apply to skin your usual day cream.
Care lips in winter
Women’s lips – our best decoration, so in winter you should especially watch over them.
Prevent drying or cracking of the lips in the following creams:
- Mix 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of boric acid and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of glycerine;
- Mix equal proportions of honey and sea buckthorn oil.
To smooth the lips, mix 1 tbsp. spoonful of cottage cheese with 1.5 teaspoons of carrot juice, mash to a paste-like state and apply to lips.
If the skin on your lips dry, then remove the lipstick with a cotton swab soaked in petroleum jelly, vegetable oil or cocoa butter.
Causing nutrient mixture or a mask, wait until they have absorbed (at least 20 minutes), then blot the excess with a dry cloth. In winter, plenty of grease lip hygienic lipstick or special, but do not use moisturizing lipsticks. At night, you can use a proven folk remedy – honey. Every evening, they lubricate the lips. Tapping can be periodically and lightly pinch from time to time her lips with fingertips. This procedure will strengthen the circulation and preserve the natural freshness of lips.
Winter – a time period that is not enough to supply a cosmetic on the outside, it is very important to keep the cell from within. So make sure to take vitamin and mineral complexes, drink beverages that are rich in vitamin C (hips, cranberries, currants), spirulina tablets, take, or prepare the next anti-aging skin drink – juice of one grapefruit, orange and lemon juice mixed with one teaspoon of flaxseed oil.
