Almond cake

Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups chopped sweet almond kernels
- 0.5 cups of crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter for greasing forms
For a creamy mass:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cream
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla
Method of preparation:
Almonds are clean, chop, mix with mashed with sugar until white eggs and knead for 10-20 minutes and shape of this mass of two identical cakes, put in buttered crumbs and bake form and 15 minutes. Then cool, cover one of the tortillas evenly creamy mass, cover with second cake, its top oil of the same mass and sprinkle chopped lightly toasted almonds and butter.
For a creamy mass: to introduce the cream the sugar, vanilla, stir until thickening and getting brownish color, cool whip and paddle.
