Strawberry cake with cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 6 AIC
- 1 cup flour
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/3-1/2 stakan slivok

For the filling:
- 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
- 0.5 cups of strawberries for wiping
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 / 3 stakna whole strawberries
- 2 tablespoons brandy
Method of preparation:
Of whole eggs, yolks and sugar to boil the cream on the couple, stirring constantly. Add melted butter, flour, knead the dough, put in a greased form and bake in oven until cooked and cooled. Cut horizontally in half, lay on the bottom of the stuffing, cover with other half, top with whipped cream to lubricate and roll in sugar to decorate the strawberries. For the filling beat the cream and sugar into a thick froth, mix with mashed through a sieve and sliced strawberries and drizzle with brandy.
